Hey Ben - Just wanted to thank you and Luke for your prompt reply to the issue.  Although I realize you probably know this, Luke really understands what he is doing from a much higher perspective.  I am so glad you hired him!  The issue he found was microscopic yet something no IT or healthcare professional, that use the software frequently, would have known how to resolve.  I can tell he has a high work ethic as well and appreciate his commitment to fixing our DXA within a day.  I can't even get our internet provider to send a tech and I can see their office from ours! Anyways, just wanted to give some positive feedback which I rarely feel compelled to do. Thank you both for your hard work!
