At DEXA Solutions, we understand the importance of knowledge. That’s why we are here to provide you with all the information you need to make informed decisions.
Generally speaking, yes, but it depends on what revision of DXA you have. There are a number of upgrade paths through the OEM. Feel free to contact us so we can provide specific details for your equipment.
Of course—equipment repair is what we do! But first, we’ll need to gather some information from you. We like to first get a description of the failures, site name, address and contact details, along with your system ID and serial number. Then, we can provide a quote for your approval. Once approved, we’ll dispatch our local field engineer.
Absolutely, we have machine relocation services. We’ll need to know if you’re moving your DXA machine in the same building, city, or to another city. We’ll also need your current and new address, site name, and contact details. Then, we can provide a quote for your approval. Once approved we’ll dispatch to our local field engineer who’ll schedule your service with you.
Yes, we can provide onsite applications training. This service is identical to what the OEM offers/used to offer. We train your technologists on how to care for your DXA and how to complete all the desired exams and analysis.
We are not able to offer any CE credits at this time, but may be able to provide some direction on how to get credit for the training. Feel free to contact us for further information.

Our team has over 100 years of combined experience and is here to provide you with top-notch repair and maintenance services for GE Lunar and Hologic DXA machinery.
You’ll need a feature called DICOM. If you have one, contact our customer support for further directions. If you don’t, you’ll need to talk to the OEM about purchasing that software feature. It can only be purchased from the OEM. If you’re provided a quote from a third party organization, they’re quoting you an illegal upgrade. We recommend avoiding that.
We have field service engineers from coast to coast in the US. They’re strategically located to provide the best coverage for our current install base. There’s nowhere in the U.S. we can’t get to easily.
We can only sell refurbished equipment. New machinery must be purchased directly from the OEM.
We do! In fact, we have the largest DXA parts inventory of any service provider.
Yes, we provide annual preventative maintenance (PM) for all GE Lunar and Hologic DXAs.
